Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery estimates will be provided at the time of checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped. The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
CustomGear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
CustomGear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside of USA.

Our Return & Refund Policy can vary depend of the particular situation and condition of the item.
Lost Packages:
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate a thorough investigation.
Address Changes:
We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please double-check your address information before submitting your order.
